The 2025 Elevance Health Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. E.T. in a virtual meeting format, via live audio webcast. The Record Date for the Annual Meeting is March 17, 2025.
Shareholders of Record -Access your proxy materials and voting instructions. You are a “shareholder of record,” otherwise known as a “registered shareholder," if your shares are registered directly in your name with our transfer agent, Computershare.
Beneficial Owners -Access your proxy materials and voting instructions. If you hold Elevance Health shares in an account in your name with a brokerage firm (such as E*Trade, Merrill Lynch or other brokerage firm), bank or other nominee, you are considered the beneficial owner of the shares (in “street name”).
How to Participate in the Annual Meeting as a Shareholder -To log in to the webcast as a shareholder, visit the meeting access link, click “Join Meeting Now” and provide your control number from your E-Proxy Notice, proxy card, voting instruction form or email you received as your login. If you are a beneficial owner, you may also follow the Legal Proxy process as outlined on page 81 of the Elevance Health Proxy Statement.
How to Participate in the Annual Meeting as a Guest -To log in to the webcast as a guest, visit the meeting access link, click “Join Meeting Now” and select “Guest”. If you attend as a guest, you will not have the option to vote your shares or submit questions during the meeting.
